Delivery conditions

We deliver art across Europe as well as the United Kingdom (more areas coming soon)! Enjoy free shipping to most European countries, included in the price of many artworks. If you’d like to order art to a country that is not currently available, please feel free to contact us – we can arrange it!

You can find here a list of countries to which you can order art directly from our online store.

At WWW Contemporary, we handpick the best courier for each delivery based on the artwork’s specific needs and route. Due to the unique size and handling requirements of many artworks, customers cannot select the courier themselves.

All artworks are stored in the artists’ studios until shipment to ensure they remain in perfect condition. Once your order is confirmed, we will finalize the shipping details and send you a confirmation with all the relevant information.

For pickup, we will choose the most suitable parcel locker near you. If opting for home delivery, the courier will contact you directly to arrange the delivery.

For any questions regarding shipping, feel free to reach us at info@wwwcontemporary.com.

1. Delivery Area and Postage

We deliver art across Europe! Enjoy free shipping to most European countries, included in the price of many artworks. For larger pieces or certain destinations, additional shipping fees may apply. You can find the exact shipping costs at checkout.

For exceptionally large artworks, please inquire about the shipping fee in advance, regardless of where in the world you are ordering. This information is provided in the description of such items.

Please note that WWW Contemporary is not responsible for any customs duties or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Delivery Methods

Pick-up point:

We understand that not all pickup points can accommodate larger artworks. For this reason, we currently cannot offer customers the option to select a specific pickup point, as larger artworks may not fit at all locations.

However, we do our best to choose a pickup point as close to your provided delivery address as possible—no cross-town trips necessary!

If we can’t deliver the artwork to a pickup point near your specified address, we’ll reach out to you to discuss the best alternative location - such as arranging for direct home delivery.

Home Delivery:

Have your artwork delivered directly to your home.

Great For larger or high-value artworks, special delivery arrangements may be required. These will be discussed and agreed upon individually.

With home delivery, the courier will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time.

6. Unpacking Guidelines

When you receive your artwork, it is important to handle it carefully while unpacking to avoid any damage. Open the package on a flat, clean, and clear surface, and avoid cutting directly into the package to prevent scratching or cutting the artwork. When unpacking, work slowly to avoid bending corners or scratching the surface. If the artwork is in a tube, tip the tube slightly to slide the artwork out and use clean, heavy objects to flatten it, placing clean, inkless packing paper between the objects and the artwork to prevent damage.
