Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Returns are always free in Finland and the Nordic countries, except when additional fees have been applied at checkout due to the artwork’s large size or otherwise unique nature.

Returning is easy:

Simply reach out to WWW Contemporary via email (info@wwwcontemproary.com) and let us know that you would like to return your artwork.
Repack the artwork as it was when it arrived. Don’t forget to remove the old shipping label.
Let us know if you need a courier to pick up the package or if you prefer to drop it off at the nearest Posti location.
We will send you an return code or a printable shipping label to attach to the package.

Once the artwork is back at our location, we will promptly process your refund.

Here’s a bit more detail on our return policy:

EU and Nordic Countries: All artworks can be returned within 14 days both within the EU and in Nordic countries outside the EU. Returns are free within the Nordic countries. If you are returning from outside the Nordic countries, you will need to cover the return shipping costs, up to a maximum of 120 euros. Should the product be damaged during transport, WWW Contemporary will cover those costs.

Once the artwork is back with us, we will refund the cost of the items within 14 days. The refund will be processed according to the original payment method. If the product has been used in a way that does not comply with the buyer's duty of care, WWW Contemporary may need to deduct a depreciation fee from the refund, up to the full price of the item plus return costs.

As our artworks are unique, it is important to pack them carefully. Please ensure the artwork is undamaged and packed in the original or similar packaging. A good rule of thumb is to have a soft interior and a hard exterior for the packaging.

To ensure a smooth return:

- Make sure the packaging is intact.
- Avoid any empty spaces in the package.
- Use foam, Styrofoam, or bubble wrap for cushioning inside.
- Place cardboard or other sturdy materials between fragile items to create a robust outer layer. The package should be able to withstand impacts and stacking.
- Attach the shipping label provided by WWW Contemporary so that the barcode is easily readable. The label should not overlap the edge of the package or cover the sealing area.
- Be sure to remove any old shipping labels.

Please email us photos of the product and the prepared packaging before you send it back. This helps us ensure the condition of the product and the durability of the package.

Arrange the pickup date with WWW Contemporary. If the artwork is damaged during return transport due to packaging that does not meet our guidelines, we may need to deduct repair costs from your refund, either partially or in full.
