Ghostly figures seem to emerge from eggs and merge with a background whose scale alternately evokes a landscape or an underground. Thus emphasizing the link between our present and the origins of life, and brings together generally opposed industrial and natural domains. The artist establishes a comparison between the landscape and the body, considering them both as entities traveled, crossed and consumed at different scales.
The painting was produced for the cycle of exhibitions "Lunulae" curated by Thomas Maestro at the CAC Bretigny (France) in 2023.
Acrylic on canvas, the artwork is framed (iron frame)
